Known Issues

• 3D Models

  • The 3D models menu doesn't open
  • Model selection box won't de-select

• Main Menu

  • Recording only available in .isee file format (MacOS Only)
  • Mouse Settings - Incorrect defaults
  • Training - Reloading can break content
  • Traffic Light - User who leaves session still tallied
  • Traffic Light - Can't participate when entering session

• On Screen Controls

  • Raise hand doesn't disappear after user's question has been answered
  • Recording button is on after recording has stopped
  • Seating arrangement is not visible
  • Video preview window has disappeared
  • Video preview window size and position not remembered

• Settings

  • "Remove background" checkbox does nothing
  • Camera options are not mapped to the correct device
  • Device hot plugging not working correctly
  • Wrong microphone device is being selected (Windows)
  • Broken settings menu is displayed and client is unrecoverable
  • Changing the proxy in client can cause issues
  • Fields marked as "Required" in the profile settings aren't enforced
  • "Test Microphone" function sometimes doesn't work
  • Unplugging the active camera can hang the client
  • Room Settings - Affected by Browser Boards

• Arrangements

  • Users moved from arrangement when room is resized
  • Incorrect position when forced into arrangement
  • Arrangements can be too large for spatial audio
  • Controls locked when switching seats

• iSee Drive

  • User can't remove or move content from shared folder
  • iSee Drive only shows a "Documents" folder that can't be interacted with
  • Shared folders cannot be unshared
  • List of users for shared file not available
  • Some office documents show error during cut/copy
  • Upload limit capped at 50MB

• Avatar

  • Avatar toolbar does not show or buttons don't work
  • Unresponsive toolbar
  • Incorrect local Push to talk mute state shown

• Side Panels

  • User shows as on megaphone or broadcast when they aren't actually in that mode
  • Chat Panel - Some hyperlinks fail to launch browser (MacOS Only)
  • User Panel - User actions still enabled when selected user leaves

• Video

  • Avatar video is pinned to the wall when on spatial audio mode
  • Video not recieved from other avatars (pale avatar colour)

• Accessibility Mode

  • Accessibility voice speed not working (Windows only)

• Audio

  • Audio artefacts (MacOS Only)
  • Bluetooth headset has mono audio
  • Not receiving audio
  • Audio not sent when everyone is muted

• Smartboards

  • Large file downloads can hog the CPU
  • Can't screen share window on secondary monitor (Windows)
  • Board breaks when overlapping another board
  • Portrait videos don't work on video boards (Windows)
  • MP4 audio out of sync (MacOS Only)
  • Some windows not showing for screen share (MacOS Only)
  • Quizzes not listed when using meeting ID
  • Check boxes for quiz not functional
  • Out of sync zoom
